About the Role
As an ABA Teacher (ABAT-1), you’ll use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help students achieve their individualized goals. Under the guidance of a Lead Special Education Teacher, you’ll serve as a case manager for 1–2 students, designing and implementing curricula, monitoring progress, and making a meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach and support students using ABA principles.
• Serve as a case manager, updating and maintaining program books, behavior plans, and progress reports.
• Design and modify curriculum materials to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and support student success.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education or Behavior Analysis preferred).
• Experience working with children with autism or related disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
